WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WORK HERE
To join our team as a Maintenance Technician, you need a strong background in industrial maintenance, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems. This is typically shown through a technical degree, a journeyman's card, or at least 3-5 years of related professional experience. You must be proficient in reading and interpreting complex schematics and expertly use a wide range of tools, from precision measuring devices to electrical test equipment. We highly value candidates with proven knowledge of PLC and VFD systems (especially Allen Bradley or Siemens), as well as hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding. It is a physically demanding job too, one that will require frequent standing, walking and lifting so a background in a heavy manufacturing environment is a bonus.
