These are long-term, full-time positions with advancement opportunities. No experience needed, we will train you for the entry level positions we have open!

Shifts & Pay:

    • 1st Shift (Days) $ 18.00 an hour:

    • 2nd Shift (Swing) $ 20.00 an hour:

    • $1,600 in progressive bonuses

Responsibilities (what you will be taught to do):

    • Move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions

    • Stack finished products according to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements

    • Label material based on the following specifications: type, size, and count

    • Operate nail gun and hand tools as required to complete the assembly process.

    • Stack completed products in accordance with established procedures, and if required, may cover, label, and band components/finished product.

    • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities:

    • Ability to work in a safe manner

    • Demonstrates ability to follow specific instructions and directions

    • Demonstrate ability to use and operate hand tools and pneumatic

    • Punctual and reliable
