1. Computer / Communication Skills - Direct or indirect communication with customers to effectively provide information and clear and concise customer service to individuals with various backgrounds regarding department policy and procedures, to review and/or evaluate documents and collect fees.

2. Research / Interpretation Skills - Read and interpret State and Federal laws, policies, and procedures to initiate the appropriate actions.
3. Document Preparation Skills - Purge, compile, and prepare documents to be scanned.
4. Compliance Skills - Comply with Department Regulations and Policy and Procedures. Must have adaptability to adjust to changes and work adjustments.
5. Attitude - Maintain positive demeanor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       Strong verbal and written communications skills.

·       Strong typing skills and entry level experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.

·       Minimum typing speed 30wpm.

·       Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a stressful environment.

·       Must complete and pass a criminal background investigation and a drug screen.
