Job Description:

The Kodak Corporate Real Estate group is responsible for the management of buildings and site services, contract and supplier management, fire department, inspections and risk management, and several supporting operational services, and supports Eastman Business Park growth and strategic initiatives.

Position Summary:
The Building Manager is a responsible position that includes leading projects in support of Kodak Facilities Management initiatives and activities at all Kodak Rochester properties, in a fast-paced, professional environment. This position reports to: Manager of Building and Capital

Specific Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for building management and customer service for assigned buildings to include both Kodak occupants and external tenants.
• Lead or participate in special projects supporting the goals of Kodak Corporate Real Estate and its’ tenants.  Includes establishing project requirements, assembling a project team, establishing milestones, being a liaison with individuals/teams outside of Facilities Management, managing the project schedule, project results and ensuring safe work practices such that all project goals are met.
• Interface with Buildings & Grounds Supervision to coordinate special projects that affect assigned buildings or properties.
• Assist with Preparation of space to accommodate the needs of new tenants and assist in the on-boarding process.
• “Hands on” participant in activities related to maintaining the function and appearance of Kodak Rochester properties.  The successful candidate will, at times, be expected to assist work teams in day-to-day maintenance of Kodak properties.
• Participate in establishing goals to improve the quality and/or productivity of services supplied to Kodak Rochester Facilities
• Represent Facilities Management in compliance with regulatory and Health, Safety and environmental requirements.
• Support areas of responsibility “off-hours” as necessary or on a call-in basis.
    
Education:
High School diploma or GED.  Undergraduate degree preferred.
Minimum 5-10 years equivalent experience working in facilities management field.  
Valid NYS Driver’s License is required

Physical Requirements
