Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas PT license required prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of licensed experience required (new graduates must have been licensed for at least 1 year).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal settings preferred.

Clinic Overview

• Outpatient orthopedic-style setting with providers including Doctors of Chiropractic and Physical Therapists performing similar roles.
• Conservative, non-invasive care model. No needles, surgery, or invasive procedures.
• Visits are 60 minutes, 1:1 care. Treatment is split into assessment/hands-on care and exercise instruction using a progressive rehab model.
• Typical goal is rapid symptom resolution, averaging 3–4 visits per patient.
• Patient population spans pediatrics to older adults, with a strong sports medicine focus. Conditions treated include neck, back, shoulder, hip, elbow, knee, and foot musculoskeletal issues.

Requirements:

We're looking for licensed Physical Therapists with strong interpersonal and communication skills. To be considered, you must:

• Have 1+ years of experience working as a full-time Physical Therapist
• Be passionate about patient care
• Have exceptional palpation skills with above-average hand/grip strength
• Have a genuine affinity for soft tissue work and rehab (experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred)
