Warehouse Worker-Phillipsburg NJ 

Purpose

The Warehouse Worker in the Resolution - VAS department plays an integral role within customer service and support teams, focusing on addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently. The associate is responsible to meet company quality, safety, security, and productivity standards.

Shift Hours : 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate: 16.00
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities

• Research order rejections and/or related shipment discrepancies (e.g.: short or over shipments, incorrect shipment item or quantity, damaged or defective items, etcetera) and report your findings through the appropriate application.
• On an as needed basis, assist in debagging and prices changes.
• This position may require overtime and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including extended holiday hours during designated periods throughout the year
• Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PP).
• Experience with  WMS Application Skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Displays an appropriate level of urgency when addressing and resolving client escalations and actionable customer service requests.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and able to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work efficiently with a diverse workforce.
• An active and continuous learner.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent warehouse experience with knowledge of operating forklifts is preferred
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be a team player
• Must have excellent (written/verbal) communication skills in English
• Must be able to work safely with the tools and equipment required
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Multi-tasking / Organizational skills
• Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
• Must be able to work overtime
