All associates must complete the New Hire Start Date Policy Acknowledgement as part of their onboarding documents. If Core Docs were completed prior to 12/11/23, manually send them the standalone form for completion.

Amazon.com site in Matteson,IL. They are a long term client, usually DH. This position is to support a project that will last roughly 8-12 weeks. The project work will consist of conducting a visual inspection of the equipment replace missing/worn bands and record the number replaced.

The Warehouse Associate position will be dedicated and focused working on a specific project within the warehouse. Project consists of conducting a visual inspection of the equipment replace missing/worn bands and record the number replaced.

Late>1 hour = 1 point

Specific PPE requirements: (Steel toed shoes? Dress code? Safety Vest? Are these provided or is the IA responsible?) Yes will provided, safety shoes will be ordered at the hiring event at no cost to the associate.
Hiring Process for Role: (Branch interview required, DT/BGC Required and Local team interview required.)
When ABLE, I-9 and prescreen are complete, please schedule for DT and move to JO with specific start date and shift. Ensure candidate is in recruiter initiated submission. DO NOT CREATE assignment.
Candidates must be rehireable for Amazon, this will be screened for, after processing for a DT by local teams.
Special Scheduling and training hours: (Is training different than normal work schedule? Rotating shifts? Specific OT days?) Day 1 start time and date TBD.
List all client pre-hire activity requirements: (i.e., resume required, tour, interview): Safety Quiz is required. Site will have QR code for candidates to use to complete training during interview.
If onsite visit prior to offer/start is required, what is the address, days/times these can be scheduled: No visit needed
