Warehouse Associates needed in Phillipsburg, NJ at Flexport! Multiple night shifts available earning up to $19.50/hour plus differential for hours worked on Saturday and Sunday. The role includes picking, packing, sorting shipping, and receiving of various products

Available Shifts: 

• Sunday-Wednesday 9:00pm-6:00am
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00pm-6:00am
• Wednesday to Saturday 9:00pm-6:00am 

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and put away inventory
• Pack and ship orders according to customer specifications
• Load boxes into trucks for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Scan and label inventory items
• Organize and store inventory in a safe and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot problems
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures
• Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately
• Communicate effectively with other warehouse team members

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around
• Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely

• CASUAL Warehouse Attire
• Protective shoes: not required
