Our client offers designer apparel, accessories, and home decor for rent from 700+ brand partners. We’re looking for team members to help process customer orders by preparing and shipping tops, pants, skirts, jackets, cocktail dresses, and gowns to fashion-obsessed customers across the country, at their Arlington, TX distribution center. • No experience required – however experience in a warehouse environment in similar roles preferred

• This is a cross-functional role; tasks include, but are not limited to: moving merchandise, handling product, shipping, receiving, sorting, visual and odor inspection, picking and packing
• Perform repetitive movements (e.g., climbing ladders), reaching, bending; being stationary, mobile, or physically active for entirety of the shift
• Adhere to & uphold standard operating procedures
• Accountable for personal time and attendance
• Communicate and cooperate with team members and leadership
• Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
• Responsible for maintaining safety guidelines, cleanliness, and security standards

• Quality Assurance: Inspecting items to ensure they are in good shape for the next member.
• Order Picking: Working in our giant wardrobe to hand select items for each of our members.
• Packaging inspection: We take pride in our dry-cleaning process, you will ensure our reusable bags are clean and ready for the next member package.

• Temp to hire - considered for full time after 320 hours

• Earn up to $15.50/hr.
• Weekly paychecks
