About our Warehouse Production Associate Positions

Our client is the leading meal-kit delivery service in the U.S. We’re looking for warehouse production associates to help process customer orders at their Irving, TX fulfillment center! The meal-kit work environment is kept at a cool 35 degrees, but with light layers, is completely comfortable! We even provide you with a hat and gloves to stay warm. These are temp-to-hire positions, with the ability to convert to a full-time employee after 320 hours of work.

 

Warehouse Production Associate Job Duties and Responsibilities

This is a cross-functional warehouse associate role; tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Moving merchandise, handling product, shipping, picking, packing, receiving, sorting, quality inspection
• Assembling food kit boxes on the production line in the warehouse
• Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions to the Quality Assurance and/or Supervisor
• Stocking production materials needed for the assembly line
• Shrink-wrapping pallets
• Operating lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move or hoist materials
• Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Following prescribed safety regulations
• Occasionally preparing ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups, etc.

Sat - Tue/7:00A-5:30P

Warehouse Production Associate Pay Rate

• Earn up to $17.50/hr.
• Weekly paychecks

Warehouse Production Associate Job Requirements

• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in basic computer use as well as the ability to operate warehouse tools
• Ability to understand, follow and execute written and/or verbal instructions
• Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have an eye for detail
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
• Must have the ability to work independently
• HS Diploma/GED required
