These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 520 hours of work!

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour  

Available Shift Times:  

• Monday-Friday 6:00pm-6:30am

Key Requirements:  

• Following production processes to achieve high levels of output. Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with verbal instructions 

• Uses hand tools to carry out fitting and assembly operations 

• Wears personal protective equipment (cotton gloves, Kevlar gloves, hearing protection, eye protection, etc.) in accordance with Company training guidelines 

• Performs spot checks of products to ensure quality standards 

• Notifies Shift Supervisor or Shift Lead of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions 

• Stacks product to prepare for packaging and shipment 

• Adheres to established company policies and procedures, paying special attention to safety regulations 

• Enter data into electronic information systems via touch screen interface (PlantStar) 

• General housekeeping of the production areas between meal periods 

• Assist Floor, Break, and Lead personnel as needed 

• Shares all quality issues with teammates, leads, supervisors, management, technical staff, and other shifts on an ongoing basis. 

• Understands and executes whatever it takes for on-time fulfillment and quality of all products. 

• Promptly reports errors and roadblocks to Leads, Supervisors, Shift Manger and/or Technical staff 

• Maintains a good professional relationship with all teammates, Leads, Shift Managers, Technicians 

• Makes recommendations for new procedures
