Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Loading & Unloading

Location: Fulton Industrial 

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $16 per hour

Job Overview: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this position include loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of goods, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading Trucks: Safely and efficiently load and unload goods from trucks using manual and mechanical equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Inventory Management: Assist in counting and organizing goods as they arrive and leave the warehouse. Ensure items are stored in designated areas and are easily accessible.
• Product Handling: Inspect products for damage during unloading and ensure proper placement in the warehouse.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards. Maintain proper handling procedures to protect products and prevent accidents.
• Teamwork: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily targets and maintain a smooth workflow.
• Documentation: Accurately record inventory data and maintain shipping and receiving logs as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to [X] pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
