Warehouse Associate - Hourly Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hourly Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As an Hourly Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and supervising a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the
efficient and safe operation of our warehouse facility. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily tasks, monitoring performance, addressing issues, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Oversee and direct the activities of a team of warehouse associates, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
● Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance productivity.
● Train and develop warehouse associates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
● Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
● Maintain accurate records of team performance and attendance.
● Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines within the warehouse.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
● Communicate effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors.
● Collaborate with management to optimize warehouse operations and achieve productivity goals.

Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
● Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to motivate and inspire a team of associates.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
 

Location and Placement:

•  The position will be located in Lewisville, TX

• Work Hours: 
• PRIMARY FULLTIME SHIFTS - 1ST SHIFT @ $25/HR
• 7AM-5PM  MON-FRI

• CASUAL Warehouse Attire
• Protective shoes: not required
