We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate here at Flexport, located in Lewisville TX, Pay $24/hr for our ICQA Dept
If you are committed to a customer first approach and enjoy working with and advocating for customers. In this role you know the ins and outs of the business so you can assist customers with questions related to the client services and the full shipment lifecycle from factory floor to customer door! You will answer questions via phone, email, chat, and social media enabling customers to make effective use of our platform. Pay $24/hr

About the Role:
Pay Rate: $24.00
Shift Times (as available):
- Mon-Fri 7am-330pm orientation day will be at 8am Day 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with the Support Manager and direct Manager on merchant tickets, providing updates on ticket status and presenting a weekly summary of pending tickets and open issues from merchant
- Merchant Compliance Advocacy: Engage with sales/account management teams on merchant compliance issues, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations.
- Issue Resolution Oversight: Be accountable for tracking open aging support tickets across the Fulfillment Center (FC) and act as an onsite escalation contact when necessary, ensuring prompt resolution
- SLA Compliance: Take responsibility for ensuring that all merchant tickets receive a prompt response and resolution, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) where appropriate.
- Partnership Building: Maintain a productive working relationship with account management teams and all partners involved in the supply chain.
- Educational Role: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to educate warehouse associates on the effective use of support systems for problem resolution, contributing to a knowledgeable and efficient team.
- Work throughout the warehouse in other job functions to learn more about the Flexport
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar environment
- Great computer skills
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- High school diploma or a GED
- Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
- Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
- Repetitious regular lifting of 20-35 pounds; moving of boxes, to access product, up to 40 pounds
- Occasional small step stool/ladder usage; obtaining product located on upper shelves
