About the Role:
Pay Rate: Earn up to $16.50/hr. OR up to $20 for night shifts!
Depending on the role you pick, your job duties may include:
- Performing basic data entry including Alpha Numeric keystrokes
- Answering and directing calls, taking messages, and making phone calls
- Sorting and distributing the daily mail, sending out bills, and arranging package pickups
- Using office equipment to check emails, send faxes, make copies, and update computer databases
- Typing forms, correspondence, memos, and other materials
- Sorting, filing, and maintaining filing systems for efficient recordkeeping and easy retrieval
- Maintaining inventory on office supplies
- Completing assignments and projects according to instructions from supervisors

Job Requirements:
No experience necessary, but previous customer support or client service experience a plus!
- Competency with computers, physical and digital filing systems, and typing
- Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to type 45 - 60 WPM (words per minute)
- Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Can understand, follow, and execute written and/or verbal instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
- HS Diploma/GED required
