Machine Operator Duties:

• Blending Start-Up
• Ensure clamps for Kettles and mixers are tight, filter socks in place
• Set Thermarator’s to proper temperature
• Visually inspect ingredients for foreign objects
• Performs simple mathematical equations
• Able to mix and add ingredients
• Operate Liquefier, manual and HMI aspects
• Obtains and log lot codes for ingredients used
• Operate large machinery for proper production

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Able to lift 50lbs blocks

• Able to read and complete batch cards in English

• Strong math skills (need to add/subtract weights, measure, etc)

Machine Operator Shift Options:

• 5am-5pm, Mon-Fri, some Saturdays $17/hr

• 4am-2pm Mon-Fri some Saturdays $19/hr

• Occasional overtime when necessary
