Cradle Cincinnati is a dynamic team working to rally partners from around Hamilton County to lower the number of local infant deaths. We cannot do this alone, so our work is all about building strong partnerships. We're looking for a someone who can develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations and engage them in Cradle Cincinnati initiatives, including Mama Certified and the Cradle Cincinnati Learning Collaborative.
REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead meetings with hospital representatives to provide updates on Mama Certified and gather feedback on key program elements
- Support hospital systems in reviewing their data, identifying gaps or opportunities, and developing action steps to improve maternal and infant health equity
- Support collaboration across project teams, hospital partners and other stakeholders ensuring clear and consistent communication across workstreams
- Support hospital systems in activating community engagement strategies required as part of the Mama Certified certification
- Disseminate information about Mama Certified to healthcare partners and other key stakeholders
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Required:
·Bachelor's degree in a related field

·5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline OR Master's degree and 0-2 years' experience
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare or working with healthcare partners
- Deep understanding of equity and ability to communicate strategies for addressing inequities in healthcare and overall health outcomes
- Ability to build trusting relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a large project with multiple moving parts
- Strong skills in project planning and program management
- Ability to communicate complex information in an effective manner based on the audience
- Working knowledge of healthcare quality measures, social determinants of health, population health and quality improvement processes
