Job Description
The Vice President – Client Services is responsible for the development and management of RPO services provided, ensuring that the delivery of programs, projects and the account financials meet or exceed the expectations of Cielo and our clients. This leadership role will be successful through partnering with other Cielo team members, the client team members and/or the HR department to understand the company/department’s workforce needs and determine a recruitment plan for open positions assigned.
With a passion for great results, the Vice President - Client Services will monitor and improve client satisfaction, Cielo program efficiency, program growth and expansion of services, risk management and compliance and ensuring the client partnership goals are met. This leader must also have an understanding of how to manage process improvement/lean approaches to enhance performance and results.
