New York, NY 10029Seeking Registered Dietitian/Clinical Dietitian (Hourly-PRN) to join our Nutrition Team in New York!
On-Call Positions starting at $45/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical nutrition thearpy including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population.
- Follow all guidelines as outlined in the Company Diet Manual and the Clinical Nutrition Polices & Procedures Manual.
- Comply with all regulatory standards including federal, state, and accrediting agencies, while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies.
- Train and mentor patient services staff and interns, as applicable.
- Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility-wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Programs..

Here's what you need to get started:
- Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Must be licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
- One (1) year of hospital experience is preferred
- Must possess the necessary skills to effectively use Microsoft Office applications, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming.
- Working smartphone and data plan (iPhone5/Samsung5 or higher)
- 18 years or older
- Eligible to work in the US
