Associate Software Engineer

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of well-defined software features and fixes under the guidance of senior team members. This role is focused on building your technical foundation, learning best practices, and developing the skills needed to grow as an engineer within our enterprise platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-defined work items with direction, following established coding standards, team priorities, and best practices.

• Learn and apply technical skills and concepts while contributing to software features and bug fixes.

• Participate in technical design discussions and apply insights gained to your work.

• Observe and model how team members exemplify company values and the 7 principles, striving to apply them in your daily work.

• Communicate your work status clearly with your manager and the team on a daily basis.

• Take initiative by asking questions and reaching out for support when blocked or uncertain.

• Demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of mistakes, learning from them, and applying feedback constructively.

• Show a strong desire to grow and improve by responding positively to coaching and feedback.

• Gain proficiency in enterprise platform best practices, with a focus on C#, databases, and front-end development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to seek guidance when needed.

• A growth mindset with the ability to accept feedback and improve continuously.

• Foundational knowledge or experience with C#, databases, and front-end technologies (preferred).
